　　with 6 terminals, which can be easily composed of potential, current, sacrific anode, insulation performance test pile or cross pipe test pile according to the specific requirements

　　of the design unit.

　　The test pile is composed of pile body, test wiring board, test wire and nameplate.

　　Classification of test pile:

　　1, according to the material: steel test pile, cement test pile, plastic test pile. Steel test pile is divided into carbon steel test pile and stainless steel test pile.

　　2. According to functions:

　　● Potential test pile: mainly used to detect protection potential

　　● Sacrificial anode test pile: Used to connect the sacrificial anode and measure the performance parameters of the sacrificial anode

　　● Current test pile: measure the current in the tube

　　● Protection effect test pile: connect the test piece.

Main characteristics of the test pile:

　　2.1 Manufactured with high-quality seamless steel pipe, the specifications are φ108mm×4 mm× 3000mm, φ108mm×4 mm× 2000mm, 1800 mm× φ 89 mm×3 mm. Outer coating adopts anti-ultraviolet electrostatic powder spraying, durable, beautiful appearance.

　　2.2 The measurement door is embedded in the door frame, and the gap between the door and the door frame is small, and it has the function of skid prevention.

　　2.3 The lock core is deep in the bottom of the lock cup, the lock latch is limited by the elastic spring bracket, and the non-special key cannot be inserted into the lock body to unscrew the measuring door.

　　2.4 The measured lock core is a raised equilateral triangle, and is enclosed by the cup-shaped lock body to protect the lock core and prevent the door lock from being damaged.

　　2.5 Measurement Door shaft sleeve and door shaft are welded to the door and door frame respectively, which are firm and flexible.

　　2.6 The terminals on the wiring board shall be of 6-column type and shall be made of epoxy glass fiberboard. The terminals are suitable for connecting cables with a cross section of 6 to 10mm2.
